I have folders which failing to delete because of permission, the ones I created using Software Installer.

No, none can access your account. Just delete the files, the folders won’t matter much.

Unfortunately, you do not have root access. There should not be many files in those folders though. If your really want to remove them, please delete your hosting account and create a new one.

Note that the inode statistics only update once every 24 hours, so don’t expect them to go down as soon as you delete something.
