How to remove website data but not remove the URL?

I was wondering if there is a way to remove your website data so you can start over but not have to create a new URL?

do you have access via FTP? you just have to delete the root folder files and upload the new files for your website

@Sofaires Is right, Just open FTP and delete htdocs folder, then create the folder again.
Or if you use net2ftp FTP, just check all the folders and hit delete!
