Well, the file manager is pretty much stateless, so there is nothing to reset there.
What is the actual problem? Are you experiencing problems uploading files? If so, what are you trying to upload and what does the deleted directory have to do with it?

When I try to open, even with index.html, it does not open the site.
I’d be happy to check it for you, but it looks like your account has already been closed. That said, creating a new account is a good way to fix the problem as well.
