But it is not working on infinityfree. How to make this work?

I am not talking about wildcard certificate. I am talking about wildcard subdomain.
means I want to set subdomain to *.domain.com then manage it with .htaccess

Wildcard subdomains are not supported on InfinityFree either. You can only create websites for specific subdomains here.
