Whenever I try to update my plugins it always fails and the plugin will be removed
so how to update the plugin

Then you’ll have to do some workaround by manually uploading that plugin via FTP.

Also if the plugin gets removed automatically then that could be a sign that the plugin might be heavy for the free hosting servers which I suggest you shouldn’t install.

You can only upload files not bigger than 10 mb. So if the plugin is too heavy for the free hosting file upload limitation file. Then split the download .zip plugin file and upload them one by one.
