Howcome some of my old hosting accounts with infinity got suspened?

I created a new one, just hoping you could tell me what i did wrong
My domains were : cloud1.pw, hxperabstracts.xyz
and my cpanel username was xcph_18074983

Please could you explain to me what i should & shouldnt do within this hosting account to prevent suspension, thanks so much

The username xcph_18074983 doesn’t match the format of our usernames, so I don’t think that the account is hosted with us. That’s why I don’t think I can help you with this.
