I want to add .htaccess for my subfolder with .htpasswd. Now I’m getting 500 code.
Can you help me to form path to .htpasswd file and place .htaccess file properly?
Did you try using the Directory Privacy option in our control panel? From there, you can just specify a directory, username and password and have our panel do the rest. Setting up password protection manually with .htaccess rules is tricky, so using the control panel option is highly recommended.
