I created an account uploaded all my files within the htdocs folder, created a database, created the required tables and updated the database connection file. Also, there’s a file with the filename index.php, which I’m assuming would be accessed by default. Is there something I’m missing? Thanks in advance.

Clear your DNS Cache as the site works fine for me.
