Extract the plugin zip file locally then upload via ftp to “wp-content/plugins” directory
Use filezilla or other ftp programs to upload.
Do not use the online file manager

I think i may have figuard ot the issue. now i just need to find out how i change the limit to 128 mb

The PHP memory limit is 128 MB on all accounts already. What’s the limit you see on your site?
