Change the WordPress URL from HTTPS to HTTP via the database’s phpMyAdmin by following this guide.

Go to your Cloudflare dashboard, click on your domain, click on “SSL/TLS”, click on “Edge Certificates”, scroll down until you find “Automatic HTTPS Rewrites” and enable it; do the same for “Always Use HTTPS” that is above.
