Are you sure you have uploaded the field into the correct folder? (/htdocs/) Also, I’m getting error 1020 when entering your site.
Kindly do what Greenreader9 has suggested, that way we’ll be able to help.

It seems you have set Cloudflare to block us from accessing your site. Can you remove this restriction so we can check it out?

for custom error pages
you need to create a .htaccess file at the root (inside the htdocs folder)
and of course the PATH corresponds to the location where those pages are located
as well as extension and so on.

What exactly does your browser display? (screenshot)
It is not able to retrieve the domain at all because you recently changed the NameServers to Cloudflare, so it takes time for DNS propagation
or?

Can you try another browser?
or clear the cache with CTRL+ F5 or use incognito/private mode

it’s probably cache
otherwise if it were about DNS
then the browser would tell you when it can find the domain
and not to display (I assume the old version from the cache)
when you had some problems with .htaccess or what was the reason for the server to print that text
and your browser remembered that and now constantly displays it
