If you deleted your files from the server, there is no way to recover them unless you hold a backup.

Hopefully you can take this as a lesson to take backups of files that you don’t want to loose.

That’s fine, you will just lose the data about any installations within softaculous.

You don’t have to delete the account to reuse the domains.

Just go into the control panel of your old account and unlink the domain from the account. That way, you’ll be able to reuse any and all domains on the account on another account right away.
