i add Certificate then what? ssl not working can you help me on this i have and the zip with crt files where that supposed to go?

Everything looks good to me

Browsers keep in SSL certificates in history/cache for some time
so it’s possible you can see the old version
until the browser decides to refresh the state or you force it
