This message has been displayed for around a week now!

It looks like you haven’t set the CNAME records.

If you have, please share a screenshot of the CNAME section of cPanel.

My domain is hosted with lcn.com

These setting have been fine for the past two years using Lets Encrypt for SSL

You must set your nameservers to ns1.epizy.com and ns2.epizy.com
and then add the CNAME records in cPanel (cpanel.epizy.com).

If you want to use lcn.com DNS, you must set your nameservers
to the ones they provided to you.

That is what I have done and as I said all has been okay for the past two years until today when I went to renew my SSL

Can you try again? The CNAME records seem to have propagated now.

still nothing

Hard reload the page (Ctrl + F5 or Ctrl + Shift + R) and then share a screenshot of the page.

I deleted the CNAME, readded at it now works!

Thanks for your suggestions
