I can no longer recreate my database

I had a mysql database called ‘frequenciaiff’, I changed his password in the control panel but no effect came up.

I then erased the database and recreated it with the same name.

Only now I can no longer access it through PHPMyAdmin! The page does not load!

Any other database names that I create can be accessed by PHPMyAdmin, unless the name is ‘frequenciaiff’. It’s as if I’ve locked this database name.

How do I solve this?

I was able to access again.

It looks like it was some cache related issue, I cleared my browser’s cache and cookies and was able to access again through PHPMyAdmin!
