What is your domain name?
However, it’s better to create a new topic. Just use the “New Topic” option, select “Hosting Support” as category (if you want you can change it), title it and publish all your problems on it!

I check all topics, you don’t need to reply to a post by me in a completely random and unrelated topic to get my attention.

If you want to grab specific people’s attention, you can use something like @sizarnasser. But before you go on tagging me in every post, note that I have disabled these for myself to prevent people from (surprise, surprise) tagging me in every topic to get my attention and make me give preferential treatment to their specific issues because they believe their issues are more important and more urgent than everyone else’s.

But to answer your question: what you should do to fix it is:

  1. Check the knowledge base for articles which may explain the issue.
  2. Search the forum and check existing posts to see if someone had the same issue and see if that can help you solve your problem right away.
  3. If you’re sure that your question/issue has not been asked and answered before, create a new topic in the Hosting Support category and fill in the topic template which helps you provide enough information so we can start to look into your issue right away.
