I cannot access my subdomains

Hello everyone, I created a site with a user part (user.levelsmod.cf) and an API part (api.levelsmod.cf), I can access it very well via url, but I cannot to display the folders in my FTP, although they have been created.

However, I tried to delete the domain names and put them back, reload the pages several times, etc … But I can’t access them!
