As from Internet what we reach first on entering domain name is DNS server after security of WAF and if installed IDS/IPS system. Or may be Loadbalancer down.

Site can't be reached

It works for me. Try clearing your DNS cache, then restarting your router, then using a different network. If that didn’t work, you can try setting you dns servers to 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1. If you choose to do that, visit cloudflare-dns.com for more info.

Why my domain is not working although the dns is setted up

Seems like the IP addresses of the DNS servers used for the nameservers were down, but now they went up again, so now you can visit your website and see if it works!
