Hello, I enter a registry name and target in cname, but when I click the “add” button it doesn’t work. please help me.

I click the add button but it does not interact in any way.
Which source name, which domain and which destination?
Also, can you try this with another browser or device perhaps? I’ve seem people with similar issues before, and the best explanation I have is that some browser settings or extensions break the page. Which browsers/settings/extensions have this issue and why it’s broken, I don’t know.
