I can't access my file manager

I was trying to upload files from my website by ftp but it stopped working, I assumed it was a mistake of mine in the keys or something, however, I try to enter from my cPanel to the file manager and it does not let me access, it asks for my data and I enter them, but it does not work (a few hours ago it did not ask me this).

Also, my website https://appansidep.42web.io/ sometimes does not work and I get error 502 Bad Gateway.

I am having the same problem. epiz_32766322. I changed my password in the Client Area to make sure that I had it right, but it will not accept it.

Can you please try using FileZilla @david2508 and @amee.k?

If you get an error, please share the logs (Top section)

Please try this:
After setting the new password, login to the control panel once to ensure FTP access is enabled. After that, you can attempt to reconnect to FTP with the new password.

Because the system is designed in such a way that when changing the pass or when creating an account, FTP is not allowed unless the control panel is first visited.

If everything is fine with that, then it is possible that some maintenance work is currently being carried out on the file server where your websites are located (home dir - volume XY)
so no entry is allowed during that process.

In general, yes, unless there is an outage when the problem lasts a little longer, but there is nothing we can do anyway, and the sys admins have monitoring anyway, so they know before us that something is wrong.

Sometimes it takes longer if it’s a service upgrade like moving from HDD to SSD,
but it is probably some shorter form of maintenance.
