I enter my cpanel and in the PhpMyAdmin section when I press the connect button it opens a page that is loading and does not show anything ever! Free hosting does not include mysql database?
Free hosting includes 400 MySQL databases, but try to check out this article if you have problems accessing phpMyAdmin:
