I can't add XM records

I can’t add XM records to my email setup when I add records they are not added with the add button. Please help to solve this problem

Do you mean MX records? Also like @KangJL said, pls share the error screenshot or explain in details!

I can’t add MX records Set up email.

Try using a different browser, maybe your browser is preventing that panel from doing what it needs to do.

Why not? There is a section in the control panel called “MX Records” that should let you do exactly that. Did you try using it? And if it’s not working, can you please elaborate what problem you’re having with it?
