I checked all solutions and didn’t find any
Except that the previous hosting that my site was on was working with the featured image option
This is most likely a theme issue, as I had the same issue on my WP installation and changing the theme did it.
Your theme, Jannah, has the following documentation on how to enable featured images:
Please consult it and, if nothing works, contact them for assistance (if your support hasn’t expired), or consider changing your theme.
