You are not allowed to create folders or upload files outside of the root directory.

So, how can i install the 2.9 version of moodle?
It looks like it is still possible, but you may have to install it in a sub folder and create a redirect to it later.

Okey… but now i have another problem, it seems a problem with mysql
But, on my cpanel appears PHP v5.6 or is not the same?
Can you translate the first screenshot to English please? I know some español, but not enough to understand that.

Information: Mysql (5.5.5 - 10.3.27)
Report: Version 5.5.31 is obligatory and is executed 5.5.10.3.27 (this is what it translates to. The OP might be able to translate further, but for now you might be able to work off of this)

The PHP version and the MySQL version are different.
You can find the version of MySQL the server is running by creating a new PHP file with the contents below, then loading it in your browser.

Well finally i decide try FormaLMS so after install this using softaculous the web doesn’t work “HTTP ERROR 500”
