I can't install wordpres on my site when I click install it reload and ask for username and password

i have a problem i cannot install wordpress when i click on softcalous its open a tab when i login its says ip change after many attempts when i login and i click intall it reload asking for username and password

If it says your IP address changed, that means your IP address changed. That’s a security system enforced by cPanel which cannot be turned off. A decent ISP doesn’t change IP addresses so often, but that’s not really a guarantee.

Try to clear your cookies, it sometimes helps. Otherwise, you should complain to your ISP.
