I can't receive emails by Roundcube

I can send message by_ [email protected]_ (in roundcube), but i can’t receive emails in Roundcube.
I set MX Record ‘xiaoc.ml’ to ‘mx.epizy.com’, the priority is 0.
I don’t know what should i do. Thanks.

You’re using the Cloudflare integration. You cannot use Cloudflare in the control panel and receive email at the same time. It’s a known issue. The easiest way to fix this is by disabling Cloudflare on your domain.

Add an mx record in domain management of
Name = somtech.ml
Mail Server = mx.epixy.com
and priority to = 10
then you will able to receive the mails.
Note:

It will took 24-48 hours due to DNS propagation

Like @Ranakhas said, the problem is that your domain name does not have an MX record. Please note that since you’re using Cloudflare’s nameservers, you need to configure the MX record through Cloudflare and not our control panel.
