I cant see my site

I made a website about myself for my university project, i hosted it and did everything right(i throw all of my files and named my login site “index.html”).

I still see only the “welcome page”. I dont know why, maybe i should just wait but i am worried about it, if i am doing wrong; can anyone help me?

did you upload the files to the /htdocs directory ?

if thats what it should be then try clearing your browser cache and reload the page
