Can you share the contents of your htaccess file? Further more, you can answer these:

##################################################

DO NOT EDIT THIS FILE

Create a new .htaccess file in your htdocs

directory (or example.com/htdocs/ directory)

to add your own rules or override these rules.

##################################################

DirectoryIndex index.php index.html index.htm index2.html

ErrorDocument 403 https://infinityfree.net/errors/403/
ErrorDocument 404 https://infinityfree.net/errors/404/
ErrorDocument 500 https://infinityfree.net/errors/500/

I mean that in your /htdocs directory. Sorry for the mis-communication.

I have just a default disabled pluging installed with wordpress (Akismet), but the problem is still exist !
And also , i don’t understand why i don’t find the htaccess file inside htdocs folder ?

Maybe you need to do a fresh install of Wordpress. It sounds like your installation may have become corrupted, because most Wordpress sites have a .htaccess file. If you haven’t disabled any themes, please do that. If none of what I have guides you to do works, please reinstall Wordpress and see if the problem persists.

So, i do a manual installation via FileZilla or just via cpanel ?

If you reinstall through Softaculous (accessible from cPanel) you should be fine.

Let me know if anything goes wrong.
