Hello,
Unfortunately the limits for free accounts are 10MB per file.
You can try commpresing the files to 9MB smaller ones or upgrade to Premium Hosting.
There, they will be smaller limits (200MB) or no limits at all, and you will have much more features!

I believe that almost nobody has seen your pinned post which says:

This topic should have not been created here in the first place, if somebody decided to search the KB.
Sadly, though, as many of the topics. Thanks for mentioning the KB articles here, next time we should probably respond with these links so that nobody else can do the same mistake.

I wish it wasn’t necessary. But too many people are convinced that if they have a question they MUST contact staff to get it answered, and do whatever they need to do to contact staff. Even if you’re slapping the right answer in their face, they ignore it and continue towards the contact forms.
It’s the reason why many support systems automatically suggest support articles when you try to submit a ticket. I’ve even seen support systems where the first message you sent would be discarded automatically and you would just get a KB article sent back. I hope I never have to make something that hostile to customer (I remember it because the company in question just trashed over a page of error descriptions, reproduction steps and analysis to send a completely unrelated article back).

I’m sorry to say DNS isn’t yours. DNS a publicly available protocol which makes domain names work. You can’t delete it, it’s everywhere!
Joking aside, can you please clarify what you are referring to with “DNS” here?

What DNS problem you are having trouble with?
There are many DNS problems that you might refer to.
Like: NameServers not updating.
