I cant upload my file

Hi,

I’ve been using Online File Manager to upload my php file. But starting yesterday, i am unable to do so. I keep on getting “This site cant be reached” and “the connection was reset”. But I have no problem downloading the file …

I’ve tried using ftp client , but when connecting I got error “Error 0x8007274c
A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.”

My account details as per below:-

Username: epiz_23121651

Ftp hostname: ftpupload.net

Pls help.

Your website seems to be working fine now. Do you still see that error?

Also, the FTP hostname is the same for us and various other hosting providers. It means nothing, except for that you have an account on our hosting platform.
