I don't find the configure A NAME RECORD in cpanel

I need to edit A NAME RECORD , but i find in cpanel only CNAME RECORD.
How can i do it?

You can’t configure other types of records different than CNAME, MX and SPF records on free hosting, unless you use your own nameservers or Cloudflare with their nameservers or upgrade to Premium Hosting as it offers full DNS record management and more features.
