Have you already tried clearing your browser cache? Try using Incognito Mode as well as it does not have the normal cache of your browser.
If issue is still persistent you could try flushing your local DNS cache.

Go to command prompt and run this command:
ipconfig /flushdns
In your local computer

Your subdomain is not working because you removed it from your account before you deactivated the account yesterday.
Fixing it is simple: just go into the control panel, go to the Subdomains section and add your subdomain there again.
Note that after that it can still take up to 72 hours for your subdomain to be visible again there.
Also note that the subdomain may be assigned to a different directory that it was before. If so, you’ll need to move your files from the htdocs
folder to the youssefweb.rf.gd/htdocs/
folder.
