I have a backup of an old website that I was attempting to host here. I logged into the control panel and went to the file browser. I deleted the htdocs folder and then realized that I was unable to upload the old one I had saved from a while back. Is there any way to remove the restrictions on uploading files to the root directory or could the Admin please reset my account to default? The account that this is on is epiz_20703085

You can just create a new directory and call it htdocs. You can upload your website files to it they should be picked up immediately.
Ok, but I also messed up the .htaccess, and when I try to edit it, it doesn’t let me.

The default .htaccess rules are not that important. You can just create a new .htaccess file in the htdocs folder and add your own rules.
