I have written my database according to what was printed on the cpanel but it does not work…see screenshoot

I can’t help much but tbh I don’t see anything wrong in your input right there, assuming the password you’ve typed is correct.

I agree with @Joo_Nath, the credentials you entered look fine as far as I can see.

Just note that the password is your hosting account password, which is NOT your client area password. You can find the hosting account password in the client area.
