I can’t login into ftp account and file manager i already check my host username, and password, it’s correct, but failed to login. I tried with different tool for connect but can’t connect and also please help me.
My username : epiz_25480303

You need to wait until the FTP problems are fixed on your end before the FTP-based services can work flawlessly.

Then, it seems I need to keep check updates and waiting till new fix notice.
The outage of Tuesday also caused problems for the account creation process. While most accounts were created successfully (albeit with a long delay), it appears that some accounts got corrupted. If you get the FTP error you see, then that’s what happened to your account.
Since it’s a new account, the easiest fix is to just remove the domains from this account, deactivate it, and create a new one.
