Please Help Me …here in my code images can’t upload but other data without images are uploading…
The only way to actually save an image in a Directory is by using move_uploaded_file.
Apart from that, is there any actual error message?

no i have no any error message but i can’t upload images that captured with any mobile phone…it’s a server error…why is that ?
Some php functions are disabled here, I don’t know whether uploading images to server is also not possible. Just wait for someone more knowledgable to answer.
