Importing a Backup File into a new Domain

As of the moment, my website have an backup file. And I just wanna know how to import it to a my new domain once it activated. (I gonna create a cpanel account once it activated soon)

Just take what you did before, and do it backwards. So use the “I,port” tab in PHPMyAdmin to add the database, and instead of dragging the files from the server to your computer, drag them the other way (From your computer to the server).
