Impossible to change nameserver

Hi everyone,
I was trying to change my nameserver in order to be able to add my domain.

The problem is I can’t change the nameservers. I contacted the support from my registrar who told me this:

"The change is not possible as your hoster epizy.com has not yet configured the zone for your domain on their nameservers.

Both nameservers answer with the error code “REFUSED” when asked about henriques.lu.

Please ensure the zone gets configured on the DNS servers. Once that is done the update should be possible."
