Hi,
My domain name (.eu) provider cannot add the DNS servers ns1.epizy.com / ns2.epizy.com , untill the servers are prepared with the SOA file?
On the other hand I cannot add my domain (.eu) to infinity accouont untill mentioned DNS servers are added to domain configuration.
What should I do?
If the subject alerady exist on knowledge base please, provide the link.
Choose a different whois provider or contact on support in infinity free… or at your domain provider
I almost agree with what @allrounderman said. Basically, you’ll either need to ask your domain provider to make an exception or get rid of them entirely. Please don’t bother sending an email to us, it will just be rejected since we don’t provide email support.
