I’m having a problem with my new add-on domain located on premium hosting. I already uploaded all my files with index.php but it’s showing “index of /”

P.S. Premium support is not yet available. I keep on messaging them but no luck. I’ve already waited for the last 8hrs and so.

It’s fine now. My directory is located somewhere else instead of the domain folder itself. Thank you, ???everyone!!!

Please note that iFastNet support availability is limited during UK nighttime. I see you posted this message early in the morning in European time. If you submitted your request around midnight in European time, it’s possible it was just too late for the evening shift and will be picked up when the morning shift starts.
