Index.php cannot be accessed

I couldn’t accessed to index.php via the following URLs after I uploaded into htdocs folder.

The browser displayed 404 Page Not Found.

But why I can accessed to other .php such as login.php?

Please advise.

your index file redirects to login.php, you may need to clear your cache.
