I purchased a PositiveSSL Certificate from Comodo. When I submitted the certificate in the SSL/TLS section in control panel, it seems nothing happened but the certificate added is saved. However, the certificate didn’t pass the SSL Verfifier tool. Admin, can you help?
Have you made sure you have uploaded the crt file, when i installed mine i had to open the file with .crt in notepad++ (other code editors are available) and copy and past the text that has <------- Certificate Start ------> on it. Also make sure the private key \matches with the one you have as it is critical for the services to contact each other.
