Suhosin will not work on free hosting.
You will more likely need a VPS

Why do you want to install suhosin? Why do you need it?
Suhosin is a security addon for PHP. Some hosting providers use it, but a different method was chosen on our platform.
If you would like to run your own, custom patched PHP runtime, your best bet is indeed a VPS. On any web hosting service, you’re always bound to the PHP runtime offered by your hosting provider.
