Are you adding it to an exsisting account or a new account?
Also, you need to remove the top and bottom nameservers from your domain:

It does not accept a domain name that contains the word “mail”
Are you trying to use a custom domain or subdomain? It sounds like both.

That particular error message is from the client area, but it’s derived from how the hosting platform API validates the domain names. Which means you’re trying to add it as a new account.
You could also try adding it to an existing hosting account as an Addon Domain. That validation may be setup differently and support your domain.
