Invalid response from XmlRpc server

My website URL is:

www.posidonia.ga

What I’m seeing is:
when connecting to:
www.posidonia.ga/xmlrpc.php

I see:
XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only.

I’m using this software:

Open Live Writer

Additional information:

When I try to connect to www.posidonia.ga/xmlrpc.php using Open Live Writer I get this error:

invalid response from XmlRpc server
