I have installed invoice plane from softaculous it was 100% success, but when I click the link it redirects to a local IP address.

What does your config file look like? It may say 127.0.0.1 rather than your domain?
It must be resolving to:
http://www.deepmoc.com/inv/index.php/welcome
It seems like a broken, misconfigured installation. Install it correctly on the right domain.
