i want to redirect my suddomain to 185.190.140.93:14657

but i get error

Forbidden

You don’t have permission to access /panel/indexpl.php on this server.

What code are you using to make the redirect?

The Redirects tool in the control panel is a bit finicky, and has some security rules that may just block valid URLs.

Could you please try it with the Redirects tool in the client area instead?

Redirect manually just by adding a new DNS record of your subdomain in the hosting panel. :+1:

Three issues with that:

  • Our panel doesn’t support custom A records.
  • A (web) redirect and a DNS delegation do two very different things.
  • This particular redirect involves a custom port number, which you can’t configure through DNS.

So even if we had the controls to set this up, it likely wouldn’t have the intended effect.
