Can I install an SSL certificate on free shared hosting of infinityfree.net without purchasing a dedicated IP separately?

We don’t sell dedicated IP addresses because all but the most outdated browsers and operating systems support multiple SSL certificates on a single IP. So you don’t need to pay anything to use your SSL certificate with our hosting.
