I’ve set an account I’ve a free plan for hosting and subdomain (didn’t pay anything)
In infinityfree panel (cpanel) when I click on email accounts it tells me it’s not possible to get it unless I pay.
I’m sure it used to be free before, is there an alternative or any other legit service for customized email addresses?

That’s what @TigerMANEK426 is saying, those websites can get you email address with [email protected]
Free email addresses is no longer available on free hosting. I recommend Yandex for custom email.
