I was looking through scripts from softacoulous (http://sv1.scriptinstall.rocks:2082) and found PASTE which sounds like some pastebin alternative.
Is it allowed?
As stated in the description of the script, it is based on Pastebin. So the answer is no, you cannot use this script here.

Pastebin type sites are a bit sketchy. I’d say you’re probably OK, as long as you prevent random people on the internet from (ab)using it.
That said, I can’t guarantee there won’t be a blanket ban on them later.
